1 Acceptance of Terms

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) bdg333 account only. Where bdg333 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts belonging to that individual will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and any outstanding balances subject to review before release.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdg333 login credentials, including your username and password. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement and Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until bdg333's system returns a bet confirmation reference number. bdg333 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Market availability, odds, and bet limits may vary by event and by player account tier.

6.2 Obvious Errors

bdg333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error (including pricing errors, data feed errors, or technical faults), even after a bet has been confirmed. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's wallet in full. bdg333 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct obvious errors promptly.

6.3 Void Bets

Bets may be voided where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement deadline defined in the market rules, or where the result cannot be officially confirmed. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned). In accumulator bets, a void selection is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator is recalculated without that selection.

6.4 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets are offered on selected events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 internationals), football, and other sports covered by bdg333's sportsbook. In-play odds change rapidly and continuously. bdg333 may suspend a market at any point during a live event for any reason, including to update prices, verify match status, or investigate a potential integrity issue. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid; bets placed after a suspension that is subsequently lifted are valid from the moment of acceptance at the odds displayed.

7 Casino and Game Rules

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bdg333 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on bdg333 without the prior written consent of bdg333. 10 Limitation of Liability
